Change to locate.updatedb

Even though the locate.updatedb runs as user nobody, we feel you can't assume that users know about the ability to chmod 700 /home/username, especially since we have their homepages served out of their homedirs. It's even less likely that they know about umask.

Thus, we simply have locate.updatedb traverse the useful directory paths. This also saves some disk activity, since there's no need to go through 4G's of user files.
